This course should ideally be used as an add on to an FAW or EFAW course but can be a stand alone module.
- How to manage a unresponsive casualty who is breathing normally
- How to manage an unconscious casualty who is not breathing normally
- Recognise the need issues need to be considered when using an AED
Use an AED in a prompt, safe and effective way
Is there an exam?
Assessment is completed via observation during the course and a short multi choice question paper
