Terms and conditions of business

1. Costs.

All amounts payable will be agreed with you beforehand. Prices quoted are based on the number of students you state will be on the course at the time of booking. Prices quoted are inclusive of tuition, course materials, assessment where applicable, and certification. Our prices do not include expenses which the student may incur attending the course, such as lunch, travel, accommodation or living expenses. Companies booked on a course shall be responsible for the calibre of the students that they send on the course. Companies that fail to provide candidates who are physically capable and suitable for the responsibilities of First Aider will forfeit the student’s course fees.

2. Payment terms.

Payment is due in advance either by cheque, BACS payment or by Paypal unless credit terms are otherwise agreed. Invoicing for training will occur once the course commenced. Please note that certificates will be held until full payment of invoicing has been received unless otherwise agreed. The customer may substitute a delegate on a course at no additional charge. The customer may change the date attendance of a delegate or cancel attendance at a course subject to the following scale of charges.

More than one week 10% of student fee
Less than 24 hours’ notice 25% of student fee
No notice given 100% for student fee


On-site Courses
More than 14 days 0% of course fee
7 – 14 days 10% of course fee
Less than 7 working days 50% of course fee
Less than 48 hours 100% of course fee


3. Credit limits

Payment is on terms of 30 days from invoice date. We reserve the right to make additional administration charge of Bank of England Base rates plus 2% on invoice totals every month for whish invoices are unpaid after 30 days.

We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time.
